CUT 300SP—Wire Eroder
The CUT 300 SP is the most versatile machine range on the market, capable of cutting 45° cones, and can do this whatever the height of the part. The principle of crossed double guiding of the X, Y, U and V axes independently and of the same dimensions, allows machining to be done with a large taper, thus widening the scope of possible applications for wire spark erosion. Drill 20
The Drill 20 provides onsite drilling facilities to reduce delivery times. It enables wire start holes through hardened steel, for steel up to 300mm thick. Works alongside Cut 300SP or independently.

Haas Automation's VF-4SS is based on the shop-proven Haas VF-4 platform 1,270 x 508 x 635mm xyz travels, the Super VF-4 comes standard with an innovative 12,000-rpm inline direct-drive spindle, an ultra-fast tool changer and 35m/min rapids.
This machine is equipped with a 12,000-rpm, 40-taper spindle that features a unique inline, direct-drive system that couples the drive directly to the spindle rather than using belts. This results in smoother transmission of power, less heat and less noise than other drive systems, providing better surface finishes, extreme thermal stability and very quiet operation.
The newly designed 24+1 side-mount tool changer uses lighter materials and a high-performance servomotor, for tool changes that take less than 1.6 seconds tool to tool. High-pitch ballscrews and high-torque servo motors on all axes provide rapids of 35m/min.
